Need Advice On Continuous Usage Of Montec Lc.

I have consistently dry cough particularly in the morning and evening. all the cough mixtures are of no use affecting me badly. .Irritation is there in the throat . I have taken acourse of azithromycin,taxim etc other antibiotics.iam using montec lc from 1 month.can i use it regularly

Hi

You can use the drug regularly.The cause of the cough should be identified.

Dry cough can occur due to allergy,bronchial asthma, Gastro esophageal reflux disease and post nasal drip. Identification and treatment of the cause is essential for permanent relief.

Incase of gstroesophageal reflux,treatment with proton pump inhibitors, avoiding going to bed immediately after meals and lying on left side can relieve the symptoms.
