Need Advice Regarding White Bowels And Dark Yellow Urine Passed By Infants

Hi my 10 weeks old babyhiss been passing a creamy,milky chessylike poo, for almost 4 days now I noticed d colour of f urine is now dark yellow too, just last night I tried to give her water nd she vomited all the milk she took earlier, she's is struggling to finish half of her usual bottle. Please advice 've been to the doctor nothing was prescribed

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the diarrhea due to viral infection then it may not need any specific treatment color of urine could be due to less water (Dehydration ) and that needs to be taken in case of vomiting child may need I/V fluid infusion, I would advise to see the pediatrician, in a pediatric case with history of diarrhea and vomiting it should be taken seriously because clinical pictures changes rapidly hope this information helps.
