the inside of my belly button looks like its ripped and theres puss and bleeding, i havent been picking it, it just felt odd a few min. ago so i stuck my finger in it, around the side and it was bleeding, i looked at it in the mirrior and it looks like its ripped, i rinsed it with warm water, is this something i should be concerned about or go to the er

yes you need to consult a surgeon .infection of your belly button could lead to such symptoms.so it may just need a simple antibiotic or may need a minor surgery.
