Need Help With Understanding Scan Results

I am just 22...i had a irregular mensuration for 2 months..i have a bilateral polycystic ovaries.. the uterus meaures 63*28*35 cms... endometrium thickness measures 8mm... Both ovaries are normal in size,shape,and parenchymal echoes.No cyst/mass seen in either ovaries both ovaries show folicies of varying size.. rt ovary measues 39*24cms
lt.ovary measures 39*-23cms
the adnexa show no abnormality

is it severe?

Hi, I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. but I think there is some mistakes in size of uterus and ovary. 63 cm uterus and 39cm utrus is not normal size. Kjndly check the size. And send me correct size. Then I will able to explain your condition.
