Need Medication For Glaucoma Disease

Hello sir, my uncle is suffering from kala pani (Glaucoma) disease since last 04 years ,since that time he had lost the complete vision of both eyes, presently his treatment is continue from AIIMS new Delhi India,he is taking regular treatment from AIIMS last 04 years,but he had not felt any nice improvement only on the hope he is continue with the medicine.He is residing in district Mainpuri UP india (near to Agra)
Is there any best treatment available in India.

once complete vision is lost in glaucoma then there is no hope of recovery. treatment is drops oral tablet and surgery. but it should be given from early stage before it damages optic nerve. once it is completely damaged the process is irriversable
