Need Medication For Acute Fissure

Has Acute fissure, Suggested with Gutclear Syrup (5ml night), Enzoheal Tab( 1mor, 1night), OSIL Cream. Using since 5 days. Ealier had light bleeding, but now no severe blood drops while defecation, However has sharp pain after defection and uncomfort entire day. Not sure its healing, can you please suggest if it heals.

If it is acute anal fissure ,with the current dose of laxative if stools are still hard you can double the dose ,the ointment you are using has local anaesthetics and you can continue the same and Sitz bath may help to reduce the symptoms
