Need Medication For Back & Stomach Pain
I have been having back and stomach pain, when the the pain is at it s worse I feel sick and feel like I m going to pass out, I take a couple of paracetamol and lie down for half an hour if I can and the pain goes but comes back later, I have felt bloated for about a month now although the pain only been 3 days, 3 weeks ago I had trouble emptying my bowels, I hadn t been for 3 days so took some senna and was fine after that, I am a 40 year old female

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to colic and it could be due to smooth muscle spasm it could be due to renal colic, chances of stone also needs to be ruled out I would suggest to get done the routine studies like, plain x-ray abdomen urine test hope this information helps.
