Need Medication For Bipolar Disorder

I am on Lithium, lamictal, cymbalta, Seroquel and Adderall for bipolar disorder. I woke up last night with extreme sharp pain on the left side of my body under the lower rib cage. It has come and gone throughout the day. Now I'm having referred pain in my lower back. What should I do and do you think it's related to my strong drugs?

Extreme sharp pain on the left side of my body under the lower rib cage would go towards underline cardiac or gastric problem. You are on stimulant, so better to rule out underline cardiac abnormality first. Consult a physician and get all investigation done. It could be due to drug like adderall.
