Need Medication For Fever, Cough & Cold With Greenish Mucus From Nose

My 21 months old is having green mucus coming out from her nose and mouth when she coughs. she has a fever for the last two days (up to 39C) it's up and down for the last 2 days. The doctor said it's just a cold... She is very sick and doesn't eat much or play much. she sleeps a lot. What should i do?

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Sleep may be because of decongestive medicine you are giving for cold . Usually viral infection last for 5 - 7 days but babies generally started showing improvement after 3 days . Wait for a day or two . If she is not showing any sign of improvement , consult doctor .
