Need Medication For Headache,sore Throat,joint And Muscle Pain
I have headaches ,sore throat , joint and muscle pain ,and a recent nose bleed, whats wrong with me ? im not eating like iwas , and I think ive lost weight , im very stressed out about this .. im tierd and weak at times also ive been feeling this way for weeks but the symptoms come and go

I really appreciate your concern, the given history is suggestive of viral fever with some functional elements but this can be treated well with the following medicines, and I would give the same treatment if ever have chance to treat,
1) Tab acetaminophen with Ibuprofen three time in day
2) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
