Hiii...my name is subh..from few days i am totally screwed of with my health...actually from last week, i had caught a cold....an after dat i was not able to work any more....because of lack of stamina....headache is always with me...now also....all the joints are getting pain....sir...please help me/...

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I also suggest to drink liquids, eat healthily and rest.
