Need Medication For Puss Filled Bumps Around Vaginal Area

Hi, so I started shaving my pubic hairs a few months ago and ever since I noticed two small bumps both about the size of a 10¢ appear on said area. The smaller one was closer to my vaginal lips but it disappeared within a month where as the bigger one still remains. At first I thought it was an ingrown hair but now I don't.
Once in a while it had an accumulation of puss that came out along with a bit of blood when i popped it but recently, it keeps bursting and bleeding only. Tho it bleeds from multiple areas of the bump, not just one.

I should also mention that I was a virgin at the time they appears ad still was till two months ago. If you could please figure out what it is and how to get a treatment for it, preferably one without consulting a doctor as I don't have a gynecologist.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be some irritation on skin due to shaving and now there might be having some hair follicle infection.
Clean the part and apply antibiotic cream.
If needed go for one antibiotic medicine course toclear the infection.
Ok and take care.
