Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The cause of vomiting and coughing is likely to be gastro-oesophageal reflux. GERD is sometimes seen in children, the reflux induces coughing.

I would suggest you the following
1. Semi solid feeds
2. Head up while sleeping
3. Gastric prokinetic drug like Domperidone will be effective.

In the event the symptoms persists then kindly consult your Pediatrician
