General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

I read your query very carefully and understand your concerns.
I think that you suffer from lung disease such as bronchitis or pneumonia.
This is the reason that you're experiencing those symptoms for two weeks now.

To get the right treatment, first of all you need a diagnosis.
To determine the diagnosis you need:
1. Pulmonary X-ray.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Urine test.

I recommend you to contact your pneumologist for an examination.

I hope this information is helpful.

Regards.
Dr. Behar.
