Need Treatment For Cough And Running Nose

my daughter is 4 and half years. she got cough since 4days she use to vomit full of2-3 times and running nose thik moscel for two day yerterday it was fine but rarly coughing and moscel from mouth. since afernoon loos motion 3-4 times. dosage xpect-PD COUGH SYRUP. 5MG contains Hydrochioride Ip 15 mg and Turbutaline Sulphate Ip 1.25 mg. pls advise

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.
Cough and cold are viral 95% of the times in children. For cold you can use anti-allergics like cetirizine and for nose block, saline nasal decongestants will do.
For cold you can use Cetrizine at 0.25mg/kg/dose every 12 hourly for 3 days.
For nasal block, plain saline nasal drops will do, every 4-6th hourly to relive nasal congestion.
