Need Treatment For Enlarged Ovaries With Multiple Cyst And Schogenic Stroma

hi doctor, i have done my ultrasound & the report shows that right ovary measures 3.7 X 1.9 cms & left ovary 3.6 X 1.8 cms. both are enlarge in size with multiple tiny cysts at periphery of both ovaries with echogenic stroma. plz explain it & what will the treatmentof it.
