I have pain in my right leg, it starts behind my knee runs to the inside of my knee and goes down into the calf muscle.. I can t put pressure on the leg becaue of the pain. There are times that it burns and stings so bad that I almost cry and to walk makes me almos cry
Firstly sorry to hear about your condition. Before we proceed with a solution we need to understand some things. Like your age? Are you overweight? Any signs of High BP or Diabetic? Physical job profile? etc.
Now this pain what you mentioned can be possibly due to either of the connected factor. Either it's a ligament injury/OA or it may be a nerve entrapment in the course of it's route.
Considering in general as we don't have a diagnosis on physical examination, exercise therapy for strengthening the lower limb muscles will be helpful to reduce the pain and also avoid future pains.
Using hot water fermentation for soothing the muscles will also be helpful to reduce pain. Please provide more history so we can diagnose and give an accurate solution.
