General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since your daughter is having loose motions with foul smell the possibilities ae:
Intestinal infection.
Intolerance to some food or beverages.
Get the stool tests done and if there is an infection please consult a Pediatrician for clinical evaluation, examination and get a prescription based antibiotic, metronidazole cover.
It is good that you have already started Sporlac, please continue it.
Give plenty of boiled and cooled water and also electrolyte solution to avoid dehydration and electrolyte imbalance if there is no nausea and vomiting.
Also give activated charcoal, banana and curds with rice.
Watch for any other symptoms and let your Pediatrician know about it.
