Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi,

As the history is too short to decide on to any conclusion, but I think that the pain in the arm and shoulder can be due to the vascular pressure. It is cancer or not that has to be totally depended upon the clinical and laboratory findings.

Getting speculation might lead to worry but not a solution. I will advice to undergo a clinical examination and laboratory findings so a conclusion can be drawn.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
