Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi,

As he has belly ache and pain in waist this is common post surgery. I will advice to do hot water fermentation which will help muscles to relax. Also deep breathing exercises will help improve the abdominal muscles strength. This will get over once he starts walking. As the body post surgery becomes weak. Don't worry he should be fine soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
