Need Treatment For Pain In The Spine, Shoulders And Neck With Arthritis In Hands
I have chronic pain from several big problems with my spine, shoulders, and neck. I also have arthritics in the hands. My doctor has tried alieve and Tramadol, neither of which even comes close to doing any good. We both agree that narcotics, right now, is not an option. I am 63 years old and disabled. In Minnesota we have no medical marijuana law. I was thinking of Marinol. I can t go on with this pain. What would you suggest and how can I approach my doctor? Thanks, Larry Marthaler
I have studied your case . Due to compression of nerve root there can be tingling numbness in your arm and pain. I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started. Till time, avoid lifting weights. You can consult physiotherapist for help. Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief. I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
Epidural shot may help you.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
