Thank you for choosing HCM

Based on the symptoms you have given, it seems that you have a viral fever. A viral fever can cause the headache as well as the blocked nose.

Here are a few things you can try to help you:
- Drink lots of water to prevent dehydration
- Add salt to warm water and gargle your throat up to 5 times a day
- Take 1 tablet of Cetirizine 10 mg in the night to fight off the runny nose
- Take 2 tablets of Paracetamol 500 mg to fight the fever and the headache
- Inhale a lot of steam to help you clear the nasal passages

Follow up after 3 days so that we know how the progress is. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
