Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorders (chronic anemia, thyroid dysfunction, electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, etc.).

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your GP and performing some tests (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, thyroid hormone levels, vitamin D levels).
Meanwhile, I recommend taking plenty of water to increase hydration. A vitamin supplement may help.
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
