Need Treatment For Tiredness.

I am 71 and lately, especially today I find that I am profoundly tired, feeling like wet rag, after doing some tasks that should not tire me. Today both forarms are sore and my neck feels stiff after cleaning the interior of my car and doing some lite yard work. My blood pressure was 147/78 86 heart rate which is typical for me. I am on blood pressure meds and see doctors regularly. This condition has persisted over two weeks. It takes a day or two to recover after a day of being tired.

Your question is what treatment could I do for new onset tiredness. I would recommend that you be sure to eat a balanced diet drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. If these measures don't help there maybe other causes and I would recommend visiting your primary care physician.

I hope that answers your query. if you any further questions please feel free to contact us again
