Negative For Appreciable Stress Induced Myocardial Ischemia .I Want To Know What It Is?

About four month ago my mother felt some pain in her chest ,and yet she feels it sometimes. she went to the doctor and the result was this : the study is negative for appreciable stress induced Myocardial Ischemia .I want to know what it is? and as far as I understand my mother doesn t have this disease, but she still feels the pain, what should we do? and what should it be?
