Negative Pregnancy Tests, Feel Bloating, Have Heavy Feeling In Pelvis, Did Not Have Unprotected Sex. Cause?

Hi . I am 44 yrs old and I have a 9 & 13 yr old. I missed my period in May. (Due around May 13th.) I have taken 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative. I feel very bloated and pelvis has a heavy feeling to it. We have not had unprotected sex and were NOT trying to get pregnant. I have an appt this Thurs with my ob/gyne. I don't have any other pregnancy signs (nausea, breast tenderness.). What else could this be?

Hi,
From your history it seems that this might be due to pre-menopausal symptoms.
During this time due to some hormonal disturbances, there might be delayed period, heaviness in pelvis etc.
As you get appointment with Gynaec, consult and get examined.
Ok and take care.
