Nerve Pain In Cervical Area And Lower Back, Mild Fibromylgia. Tendonitis And Osteo Arthritis. Remedy?

Hi Dr. Grief,
I have DDD with radiating and ever relocating nerve pain. The DDD is in my cervical area and lower back. I also have mild Fibromyalgia, reoccurring achilles tendonitis, early onset osteo arthritis, RLS, and some insomnia. I have taken gralise, neurontin (basically the same drug), lyrica, and savella. I have mood issues with all of these drugs, wieght gain, stomach tenderness, along with other untoward side effects, the most bothersome of which is a racing heart and high b/p. The savella worked best, but I developed serotonin syndrome with it. My surgeon says that surgery won't help the pain. I am almost ready to give up. My choice seems to be to be in pain and lay in bed, or have slightly less pain with these meds and the accompanying mentioned side affects, the worst of which is a combination of depression/anxiety/loss of interest in all things and the inability to experience feeling any elation at all. The person I was three short years ago has slowly faded away and no longer exist. I just turned 49. Is there anyone who can help me?
