Nervous, Stressed, Redness In Cheek, Throat And Chest, Difficulty In Breathing. Solution?
Hi,I am 20 years old, I keep having redness over my face especially my down cheek, my throat and chest. Beside this I also have difficulty breathing. This happens whenever I have stress or get nervous, even when I'm in a highly temperature room or place. Another thing to be mentioned is that the redness over my face makes me have temperature. This makes it hard to be socially active and really hide my nervousness or even the anxiety in different situations, so please help.
You are a young male, having redness on face, throat, chest. You have also difficulty in breathing. These things occur when you are subjected to stress or nervousness. These things are due to anxiety. Usually milder form of anxiety can be controlled by individuals by own like by Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercises, Breathing Exercises, Yoga or meditation etc methods. But if anxiety persists or cause distress then you need to take medicines for that. I would advise you to visit a good Psychiatrist for expert opinion. Medicines of SSRI or SNRI group are very effective in anxiety.
Thanks
