You are suggesting from severe
constipation.
The remedy lies in eating plenty of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Instead of fruit juices,take more of fruits and drink plenty of plain water.
Do regular exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Add
psyllium husk in your diet for increasing the fibre in your diet in dose of 15 gms twice a day.
Avoid non vegetarian food,as it tends to cause constipation.
It would be good,if you start doing
yoga as it would help you a lot.
There are plenty of OTC laxatives which can be taken but they are of use for only
short periods like a week or two.
Prolonged use of laxatives tend to loose their efficacy and cause rebound constipation.
Your answer lies in patience and lifestyle changes as suggested above.
