No Periods From 4 And Half Years. Having Sensitive Breasts And Noticed Bleeding. Normal?

hi i am 53years old female i have not had a period for around 41/2 years. about three weeks ago i had very sensitive breasts which settled down about a week later. on the weekend i started bleeding slightly which has now come to a normal period. i have concerns as to wether this is normal or there may be underlying issues, can you please advise

Thanks for writing to us.
At age of 53 years with no menstruation means you are in menopausal age and after attaining menopause again bleeding start it is an issue because it may be cancerous also so in my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist immediately and get your proper examination and test done to rule out a cause of bleeding.
