No Periods, Negative Pregnancy Test. Have Migraine, Lower Back Pain. Worried

Okay im 15, female... obviously.. and my period hasn't come for 2 months now. I did have sex... well not completely. i mean just stuck it in a few times.. i know. it was stupid. not protected. call me a sl*t. but i'm not. i'm just stressing the f out because my boyfriend keeps worrying that i'm pregnant but i took a pregnancy test and it came up negative... My period hasn't come but i got my early period signs like migraine, lower back pain... like every other time i had my period. I CANT tell an adults and im almost 90% sure im NOT pregnant. How would i know if i am ? :S :S im just worried. Is it because of stress that i didn't get my period? and tips on regulating my hormones like herbal tea.. or.... yeah idk. Please help me out :(

Hello,
You have not mentioned about your previous menstrual history like regular/irregular (days and duration). You had unprotected sex and missed your periods 2 months. HPT is negative.
Do a lab pregnancy test and USG abdomen to rule out pregnancy. If pregnant-act accordingly. If not pregnant investigate for your irregular periods like anemia, hypothyroidism and ovarian hormone analysis or for any other cause and treatment of the problems if any.

check pregnancy card test after 5-7 days if it also come negative then you can start the herbal medications like syp.m2 tone etc, but better you consult a gynecologist before starting these medications
