No Periods Since 7 Months, Tests Negative. What's Going On ?

hi my name is AAAAA and im gonna get straight to the point,this june will be 7ms that i havent seen my period and ive tooken more than 10 pt and they all were negative,had blood work done everything looked good and my fiance and i want to have a baby so bad but were not having any luck and as the days go bye im really getting bothered to know wat is going on with myself?

As 7 months passed and you did not get your period with negative pregnancy test requires evaluation of your case.
Consult gynaec and get examined.
Ultra sound examination will give important clue about your problem.
