Hi,
Recovery of natural cycles can take some time after an induced abortion. With a natural abortion during the first trimester, it usually happens during the first month. If the completeness of the abortion was confirmed through a clinical examination as well as a trans-vaginal sonogram, you need not worry. You can expect withdrawal bleeding 3-7 days after completion of the hormonal course. If you still suspect pregnancy, you can get the blood pregnancy test done. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
