No Periods Yet, Tests Negative, Had A Miscarriage. What Could It Be ?

My name is AAAA. I have a question that i got my last period on 30th May to 2 June. I didn't get my period till yet. I checked pregnancy test on July 1,but it shows one line dark in color another one light in color. So i thought may be that brand was not good, i try another brand next day morning. Its showing same like before. After that i didn't check. I thought wait for 2 to 3 weeks. On July 7 i got spotting blood,after that i didn't get. i have symptoms like breast pain. Till now i didn't gone Doctor, because this is my second pregnant. (first pregnant was miscarriege about like six week ). So i thought after two month i have to go to hospital. Can u pls help me Doctor m more nervous this time...

I can understand your tension and will try to ease you.
To rule out pregnancy please go to a laboratory and get blood serum HCG done. This is the best diagnostic for pregnancy and even it can be detected at very early stage too.
If result came to be positive, the congratulations and immediately consult your gynaecologist as early as possible. Since you had a miscarriage earlier hence you must take good care and must follow your gynaecologist.
