No Sensation In The Arm. Done With Acupuncture, Did Not Help Much. Any Treatment?

My right arm has been falling asleep for the last year and is the worst @ nite and have developed a small lump
on the under side of the wrist in the last week. I have had this problem before and was corrected by acupuncture and lasted for 12 or more years But hasn't worked this time also consulted a orthopedic surgen and in all of five minutes said It was old age im 60 and a chef so this is crucial to me for work

The loss of sensation in the arm is likely to be due to a nerve root compression either at the arm or at the level of cervical spine. An MRI scan will help in the proper diagnosis.
