Normal To Have Visible Lymph Glands In Groin After Weight Loss?

I have lost weight quite dramatically over the last year. 238lbs down to 147lbs. I have done this by exercising hard and a very restricted diet. I feel great. However, my lymph glands in my groin are now visible when I look in the mirror. They are not sore to touch. Is this normal?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the lymph glands are there even before the weight reduction, and covered by the fat when you are fatty.
Now as the fat is reduced, you are viewing them.
They must be pathological, and the cause is to be diagnosed.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. If they are growing, and pain full, biopsy is to be done and diagnosed.
If they are not growing or receding you need not be worried about them.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
