Hello,
You need to get your blood pressure checked.
As when we sing the blood pressure goes up and when we sing loud at a constant level then we are actually putting pressure and that will increase the blood flow in head and neck region which can lead to bursting of small and delicate blood vessels in nose.
It is like release of pressure .
It is preventive thing made by god.
Get ENT examination done and blood pressure checked.
Take rest and you can put normal saline nasal spray in nose so to make nasal skin healthy.
