Nose Bleeds, Headaches, Large Growth On Inside Wall Of Nostril, Small Growth On Outer Wall. History Of Nasal Polyps. Treatment?

I have a large growth on the inside wall of my L nostril along with a small one on the outer wall. I was told over 20 years ago I had polyps. They have definitely gotten alot bigger. Well for the past 2 days I have had a couple of nose bleeds but only when I blow my nose do I see the blood. I also have a lot of headaches .

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the polyps have increased in size. The blood may indicate that they are inflamed or infected.

Blood can also occur due to any inflammation or infection involving the nasal passages such as allergies or the common cold.
The headaches may be due to obstruction of the sinuses though there are other causes.

You should consider visiting an ENT doctor for an assessment.

I hope this helps
