Hi Doctor, my father in law who is bedridden has lost his ability to pass urine on his own and requires a CIC to draw out his urine every 4 hours. During the past week, we realised that small amount of urine flows out and caused him to have fungus on his penis and scrotum . He is already having using the Antifungal cream, but please advise how can we assist to clean the area to speed up the spreading of fungus?
