Not Able To Poop Much. Usually Poop Twice. Had Anal Intercourse. Now Have A Yellowish Discharge. Bleeding After Poop. Hemeroids?

This is very embarrassing, but I haven't been able to poop much in about a week. I's very unusual for me because I poop pretty much every single day sometimes more than once. I recently had anal intercourse with my boyfriend, but it wasn't the first time. I always feel like I have to poop, sometimes really badly and I feel like I'm going to have diarreah, but when I try to go, only air comes out, sometimes a small poop comes out (really small), and sometimes an off color white/clear/yellowish thing comes out as well. It is becoming painful to go and it hurts to wipe as well. Also, when I wipe, some cleary yellowish discharge is there and it burns. For the past few years I've been bleeding after I poop. I think that's because I might have hemeroids. The problem I have now, has never happened to me. I know there is more poop up there, but it won't come out. Please help?
