Not Interacting With People, What To Do ?

Have visited a friends daughter today and concerned with her development. she is 12 mts old and still not sitting, she does not interact with people, she never crys or smiles, i am only asking as she has not seen a dr or hv since 5 mths

Hi.. It is too early to diagnose a developmental anamoly.. She would need a proper evaluation of the developmental status for a diagnose of her symptoms.. She might also need evaluation if her hearing and vision is normal.. Hence it is better to see a doctor for complete evaluation...
