Not Passing Stools Completely In The Morning Even After Drinking Tea And Water. Reason?

Hi Doctor, I am 25 year old Man, from many years I don t get proper motion in the morning, I also drink lots of water in the morning after waking up. I have to go 2-3 times in a day for complete removal of motion, in morning , in afternoon and in evening. I have also habit of Bed tea from childhood. After drinking water I usually takes tea. After taking Tea I get some motion but not properly.

It can happen if you do not eat breakfast in the morning. Stomach is connected with the large intestines with nerves fibers and if the food comes to the stomach it stimulates large intestines. Regular diet and same time meals are also very important for regular bowel movements. Mineral water can be not enough to stimulate the bowel movement, it can make stool softer.
Physical activity also is a very important factor stimulating intestines to proper work.
Lack of morning motion or not proper motion can be very normal in your case as every human body has its own habits.
If you want to make your stools better you should have fiber rich diet, increase physical activity, avoid fatty foods and soft drinks. Mineral water is good but in limited amount. It is known that lots of well mineralized mineral water can cause constipations.
