Noticed A Knot On Left Hip Which Is Causing Pain

I have a kot of pain in my left hip Since a few weeks know. Sometimes i got cramps in my hip and leg and back and afterwards the oain is worse. I can hardly pick up things from the floor. What could it be and what can i do instead of taking pain killers. Email: YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

Consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan. It could be a hematoma or small muscle swelling or lipoma. As of now warm compresses can be applied for symptomatic relief.
