Noticed A Line Across The Bottom Of Foot & Causing Tingling

hi about a month ago i realized there was what felt like a line across the bottom of my foot. it tingled and sometimes hurt aswell. today i decided to look at where the tingling was coming from and noticed a red line exactly where the tingling/pain was coming from. what does this mean?

Your symptoms could be suggestive of a pinched nerve. The red line on the skin, could be related to inflammation.
Anyway, I recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam. A nerve conduction study would help exclude any possible pinched nerve.
