Noticed A Long String Come Out In Stools. Could This A Parasite?

Today I had a BM and felt something that felt like a cord come out of me. I looked in the toliet only to notice a long string going though and out of the poop. I am in fear that I have a parasite. Since last Sept I have been having severe headaches and wondering could these be related. Thanks

Hi and welcome to HCM,

This could be a small intestinal roundworm. This condition is called Ascariasis. Do motion ova and cyst study. This could not be related to the headache. Consult your doctor and treat accordingly.
