Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. I suggest you do not squeeze them. By what you quote it seems to be like an insect bite allergy which has got secondarily infected. If pus is coming out---it means infection. I suggest you see your paediatrician and a good choice of antibiotic would be oral amoxicillin clavulenate or cephalexin. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
