Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Various conditions clinically give rise to this phenomenon as acute gastritis, duodenitis, gastric or duodenal ulcer, pancreas inflammation, early appendicitis, and others.

Definite diagnosis requires thorough history, physical examination, supportive data as ultrasound, upper GI endoscopy with or without CT scan as per the clinician decision for the case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
