Noticed Bleeding In Nose After A Accidental Injury

my 19 month old bumped his head last night while he was sleeping, he rolled over and bumped his head on the wall. when he woke up there's dry blood on his nose after cleaning it he went back to sleep. when he woke up, he sneezed and his nose started to bleed again. should i be worried?

Hi...nose bleeding after head injury how ever trivial it is is not a good sign. I suggest you take him to the nearest emergency as soon as possible.

I will suggest you danger signs of head injury -
1. Vomiting continuously
2. Seizures
3. Watery of bloody discharge from ears and nose
4. Unconsciousness
5. Altered sensorium or behaviour.

Please take him to the nearest emergency room.
