Noticed Blood In Urethral Meatus During Passing Stools. Worried

hi i am a female from philippines,since 2009 i experienced when i poop blood comes out in my urethral meatus then it will be gone for about months then it will go back again.,ive had my urnalysis i have my blooding time and clotting time too and its all normal. whats the cause that everytime i poop blood comes out in my urethral opening..

Good evening
You need to see doctor for detailed examination and history taking.
We need to rule out any history of trauma to vagina before you poop.
Additional investigation like abdominal ultrasound, trans urethral endoscopic examination, biochemical test of blood and urine should be done.This is to rule out urethral strictures, stones in urinary system or any congenital anomalies in urinary system.
