Noticed Brown Spotting And Slight Cramps

hi, a few days ago i found out that i am pregnant. I am 38 yrs old and this is my first pregnancy. A few days ago, i was spottin dark brown blood and had slight cramps. Now the cramps are worse and the blood is red. I really feel like i am having a miscarriage. I had tests done 2 days ago and another hcg test done this morning. I am waiting for the doc to call me to let me know whats going on. I am expecting the worst.......
